I have been training with Alan since October 2018. You can see how dedicated and passionate he is through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session.

One of my goals has been to increase my strength by lifting weights, which I had never done before. I’ve learned to dead lift 😊! Alan uses his knowledge and experience to teach me how to exercise properly, whilst always challenging me to push past my perceived limits to get results. He places a high value on correct technique and posture when training, teaching me about how my body works and why.

I had a couple of injuries in the last three months not related to training and Alan took the time to research them in-depth and he added very targeted exercises to my training programme. Within a few weeks I had overcome my injuries. He also encourages me to train at home during the week and he takes the time to send me exercises tailored for my conditions.

If you are serious about changing your life and getting healthier and stronger, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alan.
